"What Next" resource available on SUSA
Does our responsibility end when we place an 'X' on the ballot paper once every 5 years? Absolutely not!
Christians are called to pray for politics and politicians, to be a gracious but challenging prophetic voice in the nation, to serve and witness practically, and to get involoved as 'salt and light' in every area of society.
Following on from the 2010 general election, Christian charity CARE published their "What Next" factsheet, containing 15 ideas for how to remain involved in political life after the election circus has left town. Contains information on how to engage with CARE's excellent public affairs work, plus general ideas that could be relevant to any individual or local church.
