Getting involved with police and criminal justice
Download
Justice, mercy, and peace are hot political issues and important themes of the Gospel message. People in the front line of administering these values on behalf of society such as the Police and criminal justice system can sometimes feel alienated from the communities they serve. Churches can help in many ways: prayer partnership, voluntary roles, and ‘on the ground’ initiatives to help lift people out of situations that lead them to commit crimes. This resource will provide you with:
- advice on praying effectively for police and crime reduction;
- suggestions on how to partner with the police and other authorities;
- information on becoming a megistrate;
- case studies, examples, and much more!
