Based at Tyndale House in Cambridge, KLICE has a worldwide reputation for excellence in biblical studies. It aims to promote the study and understanding of Christian ethics by undertaking work that is marked by both biblical fidelity and contemporary relevance.  The remit of the Institute embraces theoretical and applied aspects of public and personal ethics. Although KLICE has a focus upon political ethics and political theology, the Institute is involved in wider work to support and facilitate research and dialogue in other fields such as economic ethics, environmental ethics, legal ethics, bio-ethics and medical ethics, family ethics, the ethics of sex and gender, the ethics of technology and communication, and the ethics of virtue and character.
