Increasing numbers of Christians feel called to get involved 'inside the system', by joining a political party. The three largest UK parties all have active Christian groups working to build a bridge between Christians and the party. These are:
- Christian Socialist Movement (Labour party);
- Conservative Christian Fellowship (Conservative party);
- Liberal Democrat Christian Forum (Liberal Democrat party).
The leaders of the three groups explain why it is so important for Christians to serve and lead in this way
